Claims(5) 1.一种加快枸杞种子发芽的处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)种子浸泡:选择饱满、成熟、完整、无损坏的枸杞种子,置于质量分数为〇.2~0.4%的阿密替林溶液中浸泡3~4小时,沥干,得浸泡种子;(2)种子干燥:向浸泡种子中加入与种子重量相等的细沙,混合均匀后,置于温度为42~44°C的烘箱中,烘干至表层含水量为28~30%,得烘干种子;(3)拌种催芽:向烘干种子中加入质量分数为3~5%的杀菌剂溶液,混合均匀,置于催芽箱中催芽20~24小时,得催芽种子;(4)整地播种:将土壤深翻25~30cm,耙细,按常规方法将催芽种子进行播种。

2.根据权利要求1所述加快枸杞种子发芽的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的枸杞种子,为红枸杞或黑枸杞。

3.根据权利要求1所述加快枸杞种子发芽的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的阿密替林溶液,是将所需重量的阿密替林药片研磨后,加入体积分数为61~63%的酒精溶液中,搅拌至完全溶解,得阿密替林溶液。

4.根据权利要求1所述加快枸杞种子发芽的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的杀菌剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:木芙蓉27~29、朱槿21~23、海桐皮20~22、麻楝16~18、山萩12~14、龙船花8~10、仙鹤草6~8,将所有原料粉碎,加入所有原料总重量6~8倍量的水,混合均匀,冷冻22~24小时,加热熬煮至体积为原来的1/3,加入原料总重量60~70倍量的体积分数为82~84%的酒精溶液,于41~43kHz超声50~55分钟,过滤,除沉淀,烘干至含水量为2~4%,得杀菌剂。

5.根据权利要求1所述加快枸杞种子发芽的处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的催芽箱,1~10小时,黑暗、温度为24~26°C、湿度为76~78%,11小时及以后,光照为200~3001x、温度为22~24°C、湿度为73~75%。
