TaiwanesenationalswishingtosendmasksshouldapplyforanexportpermitfromthedesignatedBureauofForeignTradewebsite,thensendthegoodsthroughapostalofficeorcouriercompany.Theproceduresforapplyingandsendingmasksareprovidedbelow: 1.Loggingontothesystem: From9am,9April,thesendermaylogontotheBOFTwebsite:https://emaskep.trade.gov.tw 2.Thefollowingdetailsneedtobeentered: Namesofthesenderandreceiver,IDnumbers,relationship,sendermobilephonenumber(toreceiveapprovalnumber),maskquantity(within30pieces)andvalueetc. 3.Verifyingpersonalidentification: ThroughtheBOFTandtheMinistryoftheInteriorcomputersystems,thesenderandreceiver'srelationship,theresidinglocationofthereceiverandnationalityofbothpartieswillbeverified. 4.Issuingexportpermits: Oncethepersonalidentificationandquantityofmasksareverified,anexportpermitwillbeissuedandnotificationwillbesenttotheapplicantsmobilephoneviatextmessage. ProceduresforSendingMasks 1.Throughthepostoffice:ThesendermustprovidetheexportpermitorpersonalIDnumberforthepostofficetologontothedesignatedBOFTwebsitetoverifyandprintapermitstickerforthepackage. 2.Throughcouriermail:Thesendermustprovidethepermitnumberforthecouriercompanytoperformstreamlineddeclaration.
