We’vebeentestingthisforalittlewhile,andpeopletellusthatLiveLocationishelpfulwhentryingtocoordinatewithfriends,tellingpeoplehowcloseyouarewhenyou’reonyourwaytoanappointment,orevensharingwhereyouarewithyourroommatewhenyou’reonyourwayhomeatnight.YoucanshareyourLiveLocationwithagroupoffriendsinMessengerorjustwithoneperson—it’suptoyou! HowItWorks ToshareyourLiveLocationinamessageoniOS,taptheLocationiconortaptheMoreiconandthenselectLocation. Withtoday’supdate,you’llseeamapofyourcurrentlocationandtheoptiontotapabluebartoshareyourLiveLocation. IfyouchoosetoshareyourLiveLocation,thepersonorpeopleyoushareitwithwillbeabletoseewhereyouareonamapforthenext60minutes.
