國家表演藝術中心

2016年，臺中國家歌劇院在眾所期盼下正式開幕，為臺灣表演藝術界注入了嶄新活力；2017年，NSO國家交響樂團、國家兩廳院相繼迎接成立30周年，而衛武營國家藝術文化中心 ... 中心簡介自2014年4月2日起，臺灣表演藝術發展邁入了全新的里程碑。

「國家表演藝術中心」（以下簡稱本中心）正式掛牌成立，代表了一個「一法人多場館」新時代的來臨，轄下包含臺北、臺中、高雄三個國家級藝文場館——「國家兩廳院」、「臺中國家歌劇院」、「衛武營國家藝術文化中心」，以及附設團隊「國家交響樂團(NSO)」。

本中心與三館一團將共同帶領所有工作團隊執行本中心核心任務：辦理三場館以及NSO之經營管理、表演藝術文化與活動之策劃、行銷、推廣及交流，以提升國家表演藝術水準及國際競爭力，為臺灣表演藝術的新世紀展開文化創新工程。

隨著北中南三個國家級專業場館的到位，國家表演藝術中心自許扮演領航角色，持續帶動臺灣表演藝術下一階段的發展。

發展方針國表藝中心以「劇場驅動」之概念，整合三館一團專業能量與資源、多元夥伴、深化合作，以回應表演藝術發展所需、健全藝文生態系，並藉由專業陪伴、協助、合作機制的建構，將平台所累積的資源和能量，確實地分享到表演團隊與社會大眾身上，使公共投資的效益最大化。

營運目標國表藝中心是帶動臺灣表演藝術發展的領頭羊，三館一團扮演「火車頭」的角色，將加速發揮任務功能，方有助於表演藝術生態系之健全。

其中，強化場館挹注於藝術創作生成與呈現之效益，為社會注入創新能量，是國表藝中心提出六大營運目標之核心思維。

一、強化平台效應：橫向與縱向整合，使資源發揮最大效益二、主動投資團隊：形成支持體系、為各發展階段團隊提供協助三、培植專業人才：成為人才匯聚基地、刺激人才的流動與培植四、深化在地連結：與地方政府與在地團隊攜手合作、厚植在地藝文特色五、拓展國際網絡：秉持互惠原則、有計畫地將更多表演藝術團隊推向國際六、提升文化近用：加深社會各界參與、成為在地民眾親近藝術的所在 AboutusApril2,2014wasamilestoneinthedevelopmentofTaiwan'sperformingarts.Onthatday,theNationalPerformingArtsCenter(NPAC)wasinauguratedasauniquestructureofseveralperformingartsvenuesoperatingunderoneentity,namelytheNationalTheater&ConcertHall(NTCH),NationalTaichungTheater(NTT),NationalKaohsiungCenterfortheArts(Weiwuying)locatedinTaipei,Taichung,andKaohsiungrespectively,andanaffiliatedperformancegroup,theNationalSymphonyOrchestra(NSO).Thegeneralandartisticdirectorsofthethreevenues,AnnYi-RuuLiuofNTCH,JoyceChiouofNTT,ChienWen-PinofWeiwuying,togetherwithJunMärkl,artisticadvisorofNSO,joineffortinleadingtheirteamstomanageandoperatethethreevenuesandtheNSO,includingtheplanning,promotion,andmarketingofperformingartsactivities,aswellasculturalexchangesintheglobalarenatoimprovetheTaiwan'sperformingartsstandard.Withthethreenationalvenuesworkingtogether,welookforwardtoanewvitalitywhichwillbebroughttoTaiwan’sperformingarts.Withtheinaugurationofthehighly-anticipatedNTTin2016,itbroughtnewvitalitytotheperformingartsenvironmentofTaiwan.BoththeNSOandtheNTCHcelebratedtheir30thanniversaryin2017.Then,WeiwuyingwasinauguratedonOctober13,2018.Withthreefederal-sponsoredprofessionalvenuesjoiningforcesundertheleadershipoftheNPAC,wepledgedourselvestobethefrontlineofthenextdevelopmentphaseofTaiwan’sperformingarts.VisionTheNationalPerformingArtsCenter(NPAC)steereditsdrivingforcetoexpandthetheatrecreativeenergy,integrateitsthreevenuesandNSOvastresources,diversifiedtalentsandstrengthenedteamworktofulfilltheneedsforperformingartsdevelopmentandsupportingtheartsecology.Atthesametime,throughjoiningeffortswithprofessionalpartnershipsandstructures,NPACstrivestosharetheaccumulatedresourceswithperformingartsgroupsandthepublic,ensuringthebestoutcomeisgivenbacktothesocietyfortheircontributionsandthetrusttheyputinus.GoalTheNPACplaystheleadingroleinTaiwan’sperformingartsdevelopment,thethreevenuesrepresentsalocomotivethatshouldalwaysbefilledwithenergy,leadandmoveforwardinordertodeveloptheperformingartsecosystem.Wewillimprovetheresourcesallocationinartscreationsandensuringbeneficialresults,sotobreathenewlifeintothesociety,andbaseonitasourcorevalue,weaimedtoachievethefollowing6goals:StrengtheningPlatformEffect-Tomaximizetheefficiencyofresourcesallocationthroughverticalandhorizontalintegration.InvestmentonDevelopingGroups-Toformasupportivesystemdedicatedtoprovideassistancetovariousdevelopinggroups.NurturingProfessionalTalents-Toserveasagatheringplatformfortalentsandencouragetheirflowandgrowth.StrengtheningLocalConnections-Todeveloplocaluniqueculturaltraitsthroughjoineffortwithlocalgovernmentandgroups.ExpandingInternationalNetwork-Topromotemoreperformingartsgroupsatinternationallevelthroughwellplanningandmutualbenefitsprincipal.BetterAccesstoCulturalArts-Toencouragemoreparticipationfromallgroupsinsociety,givingthecommunityafriendlyandwideraccesstoarts.　►　ActforEstablishmentofNationalPerformingArtsCenter
