故事的主角是孿生兄妹,這是我感興趣的原因,因可銘學校近年來有很多孿生同學(twins)啊!故事是由孿生妹妹隱藏了自己的身分,而引出許多笑話。

這齣喜劇被認為是莎士比亞最優秀的歡慶喜劇之一(festivecomedy)。

這書是中英對照的,如是高年級的同學,可試看看英文版本,更獲益良多。

  文章中孿生妹妹很是果敢和胆色,面對不幸要堅强及承受,着實令人欽佩。

整個故事圍繞著偽裝、幻覺、隱藏的身分等主題發展,劇情本身就十分有趣,再加上其他配角如管家、小丑等的行為、言語,更增添了喜劇效果。

此劇曾多次被搬上大銀幕,可見其趣味性很高,此外,孿生妹妹冒充哥哥之情節更多次被改編為其他劇目或作為電影藍本,例如2009年韓劇《原來是美男》就是現代版的【第十二夜】。

所以,同學們可以多閱讀翻譯小說,獲取不同文化的靈感,有開闊眼界的幫助。
