ProbableCause:CAUSE:"Itisestimatedthatthisaccidentwascausedbydeteriorationofflyingqualityandlossofprimaryflightcontrolfunctionsduetoruptureoftheaftpressurebulkheadoftheaircraft,andthesubsequentrupturesofapartofthefuselagetail,verticalfinandhydraulicalflightcontrolsystems.Thereasonwhytheaftpressurebulkheadwasrupturedinflightisestimatedtobethatthestrengthofthesaidbulkheadwasreducedduetofatiguecrackspropagatingatthesplicedportionofthebulkhead'swebstotheextentthatitbecameunabletoendurethecabinpressureinflightatthattime.Theinitiationandpropagationofthefatiguecracksareattributabletotheimproperrepairsofthesaidbulkheadconductedin1978,anditisestimatedthatthefatiguecrackshavingnotbefoundinthelatermaintenanceinspectioniscontributivetotheirpropagationleadingtotheruptureofthesaidbulkhead."
