Thethree-dayperiodofsuchacertificatemeansthreeworkingdaysandiscountedfromthetestreportdate;therefore,nationalholidaysinthecountry/regionwherethetravelertakestheCOVID-19testmaybeexcluded. Suchacertificate,whetheritistheoriginalcopy,aphotocopy,oranelectronicfile,canbeacceptedaslongasthecontentandnecessaryfieldsonitareclear,identifiableandcorrect. Thetestingmethodofanegativetestresultshouldbeanucleicacidtest(suchasPCR,RT-PCR,NAA,NAT,orothers),amolecularbiologytechniquefortesting;Immunoserologictesting,whichdetectsthepresenceofanyantigens(Ag)orantibodies(IgGorIgM)inblood,doesnotmeettherequirementssetforthinthisprogram. B. Communityprevention:peoplemustwearmasksineighttypesofpublicvenues,andviolatorswhorefusetocomplyafterbeingadvisedcouldbepenalizedaccordingtolaws.
